MIGUEL GUERRERO ACOSTA

Miguel graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1992), and earned a law degree (specialising in European international law) from the Université Jean Monnet in Paris -XI (1993). He graduated in Political Sciences from UNED, and is a sworn French-Spanish translator at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He began his career in Paris in 1993, within the prestigious law firm Boivin & Associés, specialising in French business public law, where he worked primarily in the area of ​​industrial and environmental law. In 1995 he joined the firm DMG Juris Association (now called Del Sol Avocats) in Lyon, France as an associate within the department of business law. This enabled him to acquire a solid experience in corporate and M&A, and a strong reputation in cross-border Franco-Spanish commercial transactions. After six years in Lyon, Miguel joined the firm Cuatrecasas in 2001, initially as an associate at the department of commercial law of the firm’s office in Madrid. He was actively involved in the creation and development of Cuatrecasas French desk desk as well as in establishing the firm’s office in Paris. His work primarily took place between the Madrid and Paris offices, participating in M&A and corporate transactions performed between France and Spain.

In 2007 he became a partner of Cuatrecasas, and in 2009 took responsibility as a resident partner for the new office of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in Casablanca (Morocco). While coordinating the work of the local legal team of the Casablanca office, he practised commercial Moroccan law for four years, participating in numerous M&A and corporate transactions, and advising several international groups and venture capitalists investing in Morocco. Miguel also gets involved in other projects: real estate transactions in the industrial sector, public tenders in energy, public concession contracts with private transport operators, advising hotel groups with investments in Morocco, and so on.

Since 2013, Miguel Guerrero decides to start a new professional stage, setting up guerrero acosta abogados.

A specialist in commercial law, corporate and M&A, he has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies operating in Spain, France and Morocco, especially in transactions of a strong international nature.

Miguel has been a lawyer at the Madrid bar since 1992, and at the bar of Lyon(France) since 1995.

He works in Spanish, French and English.

MARINA GRACIA-LORES MARTINEZ

Marina is a lawyer specialized in business advice to companies on international trade, in all stages of their internationalisation process. She has earned a remarkable international experience as an advisor to Spanish investors and exporters at a global level and particularly within the Moroccan market.

As a bi-national lawyer, Marina Gracia-Lorés Martínez holds a double degree in French and Spanish Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1. Master in international law and international relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and master in international business administration from the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.

Marina started her professional career at the Foreign Trade Agency Office of the Spanish Embassy in Rabat (Morocco), where she worked within the investment department specializing in business advice to Spanish companies in Morocco, and in the drafting of economic reports of the country. For more than a year, Marina increased her professional experience and knowledge of international trade in its economic and financial aspects, at the trade finance department of Deutsche Bank, providing support services to international clients.

In 2014, Marina joins guerrero acosta abogados, as an associate lawyer of the firm.

Since 2011 he has advised Spanish companies with interests in France in the following areas of French law: corporate law (constitution, approval of annual accounts, settlements and insolvencies,...), commercial law (distribution contracts, agency, commission-affiliation, franchise, service delivery, transfers of goodwill, commercial disputes...) and labor law (contracts, disengagements, intra-Community displacement of workers, labor disputes,...).
 
Teresa holds a degree in Law and Business Studies (E1) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE, Madrid) and owner of an LL. M (Master of Laws) in French, European and international commercial law at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris 2).
 
Since 2018 he has collaborated with the Firm on related matters of French law.

Sanaa Dlimi is a Senior Legal Advisor. He has developed an important practice in business law, following his time in international law firms (Cuatrecasas, Gide Loyrette Nouel), and consultancies in Morocco (Saaidi Hdid). Sanaa has advised numerous investment groups in Morocco during her career. In addition, he has experience in Company as inhouse lawyer: she was legal manager at Marina d'Or Maroc.
 
Sanaa has been collaborating as Of Counsel in the Firm since 2018.
 
Specialist in Real Estate law, and in Moroccan Administrative Law, he also advises on Corporate law and Labour law matters in Morocco.
 
Sanaa holds a degree in private law from Casablanca's Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences, a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Perpignan, and a Master II in International Business Law from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.
